Office Manager with PA duties

Band 4: £24,799-£27,905

The Beaulieu Park School is seeking to appoint an Office Manager with PA duties. The successful candidate will provide excellent administration support to the school administration office, ensuring its smooth function and playing a key role in its growth over the coming years. They will also ensure efficient and effective support to the school's Principal.

Candidates must have strong administration experience, ideally within an education environment, excellent IT skills especially with Microsoft Office packages, good communication skills and the ability to organise effectively and meet deadlines. A knowledge of SIMS or other MIS would be an advantage.

Sports Coach

We are looking for a Sports Coach that will work with our PE department to support lessons, develop Rugby in the school and support elsewhere within the school as needed.

School Caretaker

Full time, Permanent

Hours per week: 37 

Local Government Services Pay Spine: Band 2 Pt. 3-5 (range currently £18,065-£18,795  pa).

The Beaulieu Park School are looking to recruit a Caretaker as soon as possible at this exciting time for our new school.

The post-holder will report to the ­Premises Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for the day to day maintenance, operational running and security/ supervision of the site and related equipment as part of the premises team.

Working Hours: a total of 37 hours per week for 52 weeks p.a.; start and end times may vary depending upon the duties required. There will also be the requirement to facilitate evening and weekend lettings, on a rota basis for which overtime will be paid.
